BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//wp-events-plugin.com//7.2.3.1//EN TZID:America/New_York X-WR-TIMEZONE:America/New_York BEGIN:VEVENT UID:51@swaprabbits.com DTSTART;TZID=America/New_York:20250809T163000 DTEND;TZID=America/New_York:20250809T200000 DTSTAMP:20250514T153355Z URL:https://swaprabbits.com/events/aug-2025-pub-crawl-meet-greet/ SUMMARY:August 2025 Pub Crawl Meet & Greet DESCRIPTION:Hi there!  So glad you’re able to join us for our Greenville Swap Rabbits Meet &\; Greet Pub Crawl!!How it works:After your RSVP ha s been confirmed by our group admin\, you will be added to the list of pot ential new members that will be pub crawling for the event.  The day befo re the event\, a top secret\, individualized pub crawl map will be emailed to you that details each of the five stops on your crawl.  Each stop wil l have two existing member Greenville Swap Rabbits couples there\, and you ’ll also have another potential new member couple meeting them as well ( 8 people total at each stop).  The GSR member couples will have a table f or all eight of you and will be eagerly awaiting meeting you!  To help id entify the GSR members when you get to each stop\, all your locations will also be denoted with a color.  The color indicates what color the GSR me mber couples will be wearing when you get to each stop on the crawl so tha t you can easily find them.  An example itinerary will look something lik e this: Please note that the itinerary that is given to you is unique and should be followed as closely as possible.  We have set up your map so t hat you get a chance to meet all the existing members and many of the pote ntial new members on your journey.  Also\, Ladies\, we greatly respect th e lengths you all go to look good for us\, so all the venues on your map w ill be in close proximity.  If you want to wear heels\, you won’t have very far to walk between each stop.  We will be hosting an Afterparty aft er the pub crawl where each of the GSR members’ favorite potential new c ouples gets an invite back.  (For more clarity on this\, please go re-rea d this section in the FAQ.)  After the last stop\, the GSR member couples will all reconvene into our double super secret mystical hiding place and compile everyone’s absolute favorites to be invited back to the Afterpa rty.  Please remember\, just because you do not get an invite to the Afte rparty does not mean that you are not admitted to the group.  It takes us a fair amount of time to collect everyone’s detailed feedback\, and we make sure we get everyone’s vote before deciding.  An Afterparty invite simply means that one of the member couples you met thought “OH\, FUCK YES!” and gave their one Afterparty vote to you.  The Afterparty for th is event is being held at The Rabbit Hole\, near the I-85/I-385 interchang e\, and the exact address will be included with your invite\, should you r eceive one.CostA $69.69 deposit is required to hold your spot or add you t o the wait list for a Meet &\; Greet event.If you attend as planned and are selected to join the group\, this deposit will be retained to cover y our New Member Initiation cost.If you attend as planned and are selected t o join the group but decide it’s not for you\, your deposit will be full y refunded.If you attend as planned and are not selected to join the group \, your deposit will be fully refunded.If you are on the wait list and a s pot does not become available\, your deposit will be fully refunded.If you are on the attendee list\, or are selected from the wait list and you do not attend\, your deposit will not be refunded.CancellationAs I’m sure y ou can imagine\, putting together events like this takes a considerable am ount of effort and coordination\, and having people no-show or bail at the last minute is very frustrating given how long our wait list is.  You ma y cancel your RSVP up to 10 days prior to the event and also receive a ful l refund of your deposit.  Any cancellations less than 10 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.  Lastly\, we’re all adults here and we realize that life happens.  If you need to cancel\, please let us know.   If you ghost or no-show the event\, you will not be allowed to attend a future Meet &\; Greet or join the Greenville Swap Rabbits.  Ever.
