How it works:
After your RSVP has been confirmed by our group admin, you will be added to the list of potential new members that will be pub crawling for the event. The day before the event, a top secret, individualized pub crawl map will be emailed to you that details each of the five stops on your crawl. Each stop will have two existing member Greenville Swap Rabbits couples there, and you’ll also have another potential new member couple meeting them as well (8 people total at each stop). The GSR member couples will have a table for all eight of you and will be eagerly awaiting meeting you! To help identify the GSR members when you get to each stop, all your locations will also be denoted with a color. The color indicates what color the GSR member couples will be wearing when you get to each stop on the crawl so that you can easily find them. An example itinerary will look something like this:
Cost
A $69.69 deposit is required to hold your spot or add you to the wait list for a Meet & Greet event.
- If you attend as planned and are selected to join the group, this deposit will be retained to cover your New Member Initiation cost.
- If you attend as planned and are selected to join the group but decide it’s not for you, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you attend as planned and are not selected to join the group, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you are on the wait list and a spot does not become available, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you are on the attendee list, or are selected from the wait list and you do not attend, your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation
As I’m sure you can imagine, putting together events like this takes a considerable amount of effort and coordination, and having people no-show or bail at the last minute is very frustrating given how long our wait list is. You may cancel your RSVP up to 10 days prior to the event and also receive a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellations less than 10 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Lastly, we’re all adults here and we realize that life happens. If you need to cancel, please let us know. If you ghost or no-show the event, you will not be allowed to attend a future Meet & Greet or join the Greenville Swap Rabbits. Ever.
