BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//wp-events-plugin.com//7.2.3.1//EN TZID:America/New_York X-WR-TIMEZONE:America/New_York BEGIN:VEVENT UID:62@swaprabbits.com DTSTART;TZID=America/New_York:20260117T163000 DTEND;TZID=America/New_York:20260117T234500 DTSTAMP:20260113T234411Z URL:https://swaprabbits.com/events/jan-2026-pub-crawl-meet-greet/ SUMMARY:January 2026 Pub Crawl Meet & Greet DESCRIPTION:Hi there!  So glad you’re able to join us for our Greenville Swap Rabbits Meet &\; Greet Pub Crawl!!\n\nHow it works:\nAfter your R SVP has been confirmed by our group admin\, you will be added to the list of potential new members that will be pub crawling for the event.  The da y before the event\, a top secret\, individualized pub crawl map will be e mailed to you that details each of the five stops on your crawl.  Each st op will have two existing member Greenville Swap Rabbits couples there\, a nd you’ll also have another potential new member couple meeting them as well (8 people total at each stop).  The GSR member couples will have a t able for all eight of you and will be eagerly awaiting meeting you!  To h elp identify the GSR members when you get to each stop\, all your location s will also be denoted with a color.  The color indicates what color the GSR member couples will be wearing when you get to each stop on the crawl so that you can easily find them.  An example itinerary will look somethi ng like this:\n\nPlease note that the itinerary that is given to you is un ique and should be followed as closely as possible.  We have set up your map so that you get a chance to meet all the existing members and many of the potential new members on your journey.  Also\, Ladies\, we greatly re spect the lengths you all go to look good for us\, so all the venues on yo ur map will be in close proximity.  If you want to wear heels\, you won ’t have very far to walk between each stop.  We will be hosting an Afte rparty after the pub crawl where each of the GSR members’ favorite poten tial new couples gets an invite back.  (For more clarity on this\, please go re-read this section in the FAQ.)  After the last stop\, the GSR memb er couples will all reconvene into our double super secret mystical hiding place and compile everyone’s absolute favorites to be invited back to t he Afterparty.  Please remember\, just because you do not get an invite t o the Afterparty does not mean that you are not admitted to the group.  I t takes us a fair amount of time to collect everyone’s detailed feedback \, and we make sure we get everyone’s vote before deciding.  An Afterpa rty invite simply means that one of the member couples you met thought “ OH\, FUCK YES!” and gave their one Afterparty vote to you.  The Afterpa rty for this event is being held at The Rabbit Hole\, near the I-85/I-385 interchange\, and the exact address will be included with your invite\, sh ould you receive one.\nCost\nA $69.69 deposit is required to hold your spo t or add you to the wait list for a Meet &\; Greet event.\n\n If you a ttend as planned and are selected to join the group\, this deposit will be retained to cover your New Member Initiation cost.\n If you attend as pl anned and are selected to join the group but decide it’s not for you\, y our deposit will be fully refunded.\n If you attend as planned and are no t selected to join the group\, your deposit will be fully refunded.\n If you are on the wait list and a spot does not become available\, your depos it will be fully refunded.\n If you are on the attendee list\, or are sel ected from the wait list and you do not attend\, your deposit will not be refunded.\n\nCancellation\nAs I’m sure you can imagine\, putting togethe r events like this takes a considerable amount of effort and coordination\ , and having people no-show or bail at the last minute is very frustrating given how long our wait list is.  You may cancel your RSVP up to 10 days prior to the event and also receive a full refund of your deposit.  Any cancellations less than 10 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.   Lastly\, we’re all adults here and we realize that life happens.  If you need to cancel\, please let us know.  If you ghost or no-show the ev ent\, you will not be allowed to attend a future Meet &\; Greet or join the Greenville Swap Rabbits.  Ever.\n\n ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/jpeg:https://swaprabbits.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/ 08/SDC-Meet-and-Greet-Event-Image.jpg CATEGORIES:GSR Meet & Greet LOCATION:Various Destinations\, 100 N.
