DESCRIPTION:Hi there!  So glad you’re able to join us for our Greenville
  Swap Rabbits Meet &amp\; Greet Pub Crawl!!\nHow it works:\nAfter your RSV
 P has been confirmed by our group admin\, you will be added to the list of
  potential new members that will be pub crawling for the event.  The day 
 before the event\, a top secret\, individualized pub crawl map will be ema
 iled to you that details each of the five stops on your crawl.  Each stop
  will have two existing member Greenville Swap Rabbits couples there\, and
  you’ll also have another potential new member couple meeting them as we
 ll (8 people total at each stop).  The GSR member couples will have a tab
 le for all eight of you and will be eagerly awaiting meeting you!  To hel
 p identify the GSR members when you get to each stop\, all your locations 
 will also be denoted with a color.  The color indicates what color the GS
 R member couples will be wearing when you get to each stop on the crawl so
  that you can easily find them.  An example itinerary will look something
  like this:\n\nPlease note that the itinerary that is given to you is uniq
 ue and should be followed as closely as possible.  We have set up your ma
 p so that you get a chance to meet all the existing members and many of th
 e potential new members on your journey.  Also\, Ladies\, we greatly res
 pect the lengths you all go to look good for us\, so all the venues on you
 r map will be in close proximity.  If you want to wear heels\, you won’
 t have very far to walk between each stop.\n\nWe will be hosting an Afterp
 arty after the pub crawl where each of the GSR members’ favorite potenti
 al new couples gets an invite back.  (For more clarity on this\, please g
 o re-read this section in the FAQ.)  After the last stop\, the GSR member
  couples will all reconvene into our double super secret mystical hiding p
 lace and compile everyone’s absolute favorites to be invited back to the
  Afterparty.  Please remember\, just because you do not get an invite to 
 the Afterparty does not mean that you are not admitted to the group.  It 
 takes us a fair amount of time to collect everyone’s detailed feedback\,
  and we make sure we get everyone’s vote before deciding.  An Afterpart
 y invite simply means that one of the member couples you met thought “OH
 \, FUCK YES!” and gave their one Afterparty vote to you.\n\nThe Afterpar
 ty for this event is being held at The Rabbit Hole\, near the I-85/I-385 i
 nterchange\, and the exact address will be included with your invite\, sho
 uld you receive one.\nCost\nA $69.69 deposit is required to hold your spot
  or add you to the wait list for a Meet &amp\; Greet event.\n\n 	If you at
 tend as planned and are selected to join the group\, this deposit will be 
 retained to cover your New Member Initiation cost.\n 	If you attend as pla
 nned and are selected to join the group but decide it’s not for you\, yo
 ur deposit will be fully refunded.\n 	If you attend as planned and are not
  selected to join the group\, your deposit will be fully refunded.\n 	If y
 ou are on the wait list and a spot does not become available\, your deposi
 t will be fully refunded.\n 	If you are on the attendee list\, or are sele
 cted from the wait list and you do not attend\, your deposit will not be r
 efunded.\n\nCancellation\nAs I’m sure you can imagine\, putting together
  events like this takes a considerable amount of effort and coordination\,
  and having people no-show or bail at the last minute is very frustrating 
 given how long our wait list is.  You may cancel your RSVP up to 10 days 
 prior to the event and also receive a full refund of your deposit.  Any c
 ancellations less than 10 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
   Lastly\, we’re all adults here and we realize that life happens.  If
  you need to cancel\, please let us know.  If you ghost or no-show the ev
 ent\, you will not be allowed to attend a future Meet &amp\; Greet or join
  the Greenville Swap Rabbits.  Ever.\n\n
